[IBCP] MIFi modem

OK, after a lot of consideration, I bought a Verizon MiFi modem and an antenna adaptor for my Wilson amplifier. I have been having trouble with it not communicating. I called tech support and she told me that I was in a no coverage area and to return the unit for a refund.
Not what I was hoping for.
