Samsung Galaxy S for Verizon also known as Samsung Fascinate will be getting Android 2.2 (Froyo) by end of this year. Android Central was given a leak that mention the Fascinate will be getting Android 2.2 along with Adobe’s Flash Player by end of 2010. As it appears on the picture, the chart is the comparison of available devices for Verizon.
In this chart, the Fascinate is compared with Droid 2 and Droid X. However, it listed that the DROID X is running with Android 2.1 which indicates the chart is not the most current chart. We are hoping the Fascinate will get update up to Gingerbread.
